On February 3, 2009, nonprofit and community-based organizations presented public comments at the City Council’s Information Technology and General Services Committee (ITGS) meeting. The statement presented outlined the policy recommendations being drafted by the community organizations. In addition, the statement asked ITGS Chair, Councilmember Tony Cardenas, for the opportunity to present the recommendations to the ITGS at a special meeting. Councilmember Cardenas approved the request. Community Partners is working with the Office of Councilmember Cardenas tp schedule the meeting.
